Sit | Breathe | Let’s Talk
YOUR HEALING BEGINS AT HOME
Healing begins in community.
We succeed together.
“Wá jókòó is a Yoruba phrase that means “come and sit down,” but its true meaning goes deeper. It is an invitation to pause, to set everything else aside, and to rest. It is permission to breathe, to be honest, and to share what is on your mind.
By bringing perinatal mental health care directly into your home, we make it easier for caregivers to receive support quickly, comfortably, and in a space that feels safe.
It has taken weeks, months, and years for you to get to this moment. So, we will take our time to unlearn and relearn in order to get to a place where you have and feel peace. Because of my background in crisis work, I lean more towards a solution-focused approach. However, I use various treatment modalities to address your concerns.
